The products that we haul do not ask for your personal information. Also you do not need an account to do business with our company.

We only share your information if necessary with law enforcement agencies and legal situations

Also these policies may change from time to time. If any changes are made they will be minor. And we will post any new changes.

All products hauled and delivered will have two hours of free time. Which is in our contract. Detention will be billed at $80 hour. After two hours of time arrive to load or unload. We will show a loading time and an unloading time and a detailed reason for the delay. With shippers signature/consignee’s signature. And scheduled loading time and schedule unloading time.

All loads must be canceled prior to drivers arriving to pick up loads at schedule pick up time. If Driver arrives at the plant and load cancel there will be a $500 cancellation charge billed and a $ 3.50 a mile charged to the next dispatch from where the load canceled city and state to the new city states dispatch.

. Extra hoses: the first 40 feet of hoses are free anything over 40 feet of hose will have a $40 charge.
. Pump charge : Flat fee of $100.
. Detention time: After two hours a charge of $80 an hour.
. Layovers : Every 24 hour’s a $300 charge.
. Extra Stop : The first stop is free of charge. Second stops a $50 charge. Three stops a $75 charge.
. In-Transit : $600 charge per load.
. Tank Wash: $ 350 per load.
. Tolls : Tolls will be charged back to customer if not in the rate of the Line haul.
. Fuel Surcharge : Will be based on the national fuel surcharge weekly as a percentage.

Contract and shipping policies.

Customers is subject to other charges related to shipping including Tanker's delays charges, minimal invoice charges expediting freight inside deliveries. Order quantity and return charges. - There's a minimum order quantity for bulk is 1,000 gallons pricing is based on the volume.

- Tank filled to full: Chemical orders that are returned or rejected due to the receiving Tank being too full or off spec will incur a freight and Handling fee of $600. And mileage charge of $5.50 a mile if caused by the customer acts or omissions.

- Spotting Trailers Will be billed back to the customer if over two hours that was caused by the customers acts or omissions.

- Inside Deliveries: customers requiring inside deliveries will incur $100 Ordering service fee.
